Sony Xperia 10 V leaked! A brand new chipset and more
The leaked information revealed a new display, a Snapdragon chip of a new generation, and other minor enhancements. The cell phone will be the replacement of the Sony Xperia 10 IV, which sent off in Q1 2022. SumahoDigest's report suggests that the smartphone will be compatible with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. When compared to the Snapdragon 695, the new chipset, which is based on a 4nm node, is more efficient, supports faster Wi-Fi speeds, and can handle LPDDR5 memory at 3,200 MHz.
The display department will see a slight size change, moving from a 6-inch OLED panel on the Xperia 10 IV to a 6.1-inch OLED panel on the Xperia 10 V. However, the resolution of 1080 x 2520 (FHD+) and aspect ratio of 21:9 will not change. The combination of 6 GB and 128 GB remains unchanged in the memory and storage configuration. LPDDR5 RAM might be available in place of LPDDR4x RAM on the device of the current generation. The upcoming device will reportedly have a battery capacity of 5,150 mAh, up from the current 5,000 mAh. This indicates that there will also be a slight increase in battery capacity.
