According to latest reports, Sony will launch the PlayStation 5 Slim gaming console in the third quarter of 2023. However, the device's name may not include the word "Slim.", but the industry analysts state that there is a still possibility that this upcoming gaming console might include "Slim" word on its debut.
The upcoming console is also reported to be lighter and cooler than the original PlayStation 5, which is expected to offer "a slim gaming experience". In addition, the company is said to be working on a solution for PS5 Slim to eliminate the need for a PS5 stand when the system is positioned horizontally.
