OnePlus Buds Ace launched, see the price and specs
OnePlus has fulfilled its promise by launching the Buds Ace, the company's latest earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), in China, alongside the OnePlus Ace 2.
On February 7th, 2023, OnePlus introduced its new smartphone, the Ace 2, in China, and also introduced a new earbuds model called the Buds Ace, which is a renamed version of the Nord Buds 2.
OnePlus Buds Ace specifications and features
The Buds Ace features a design that is similar to the Nord Buds or Buds N, but with several improvements. One significant improvement is the integration of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) technology. The earbuds also come equipped with 12.4mm dynamic audio drivers for a more powerful bass experience. Although, it's worth noting that the Buds Ace only supports the AAC codec for audio playback.
The Buds Ace from OnePlus is equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 and has an ultra-low latency mode for gaming with a latency of 47ms. According to the company, the earbuds offer up to 36 hours of battery life when used without Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and around 27 hours with ANC enabled. The earbuds also support fast charging and can provide up to 5 hours of audio playback with just 10 minutes of charging.
Buds Ace from OnePlus do not have wireless charging capabilities for their case. Some other important features include dual microphones for enhanced call quality, AI-based noise reduction for calls, IP55 rating for sweat and water resistance, touch controls for convenient use, and support for voice assistants.
OnePlus Buds Ace color options, availability and price
The Buds Ace comes in two colors: Open Black and White. The earbuds are currently available for pre-order and will be released in China on February 13th, 2023 with a price tag of 249 Yuan, which is approximately $36.
