Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 40 laptop GPU series announced at CES
Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti for the desktops and RTX 40 series mobile GPUs have been introduced at CES 2023.
Nvidia has introduced the Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti GPU for the desktop PCs and Nvidia RTX 40 series mobile GPU models for the laptops at CES 2023. Let's see all the details of the new GPUs from the Nvidia.
Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti specifications and price
RTX 4070 Ti, built on 4nm AD104, will replace the RTX 4080 12 GB, which Nvidia canceled due to the heavy criticisms. The model, which has 7,680 CUDA cores features 60 RT cores and 240 Tensor cores.
Introduced with a 192-bit memory interface, the RTX 4070 Ti has a data transfer rate of 21 Gbps. The RTX 4070 Ti has 285W TDP. Nvidia announced that they use a 12VHPWR power connector in the RTX 4070 Ti model as well. In addition, the company claimed that the new model will offer AAA gaming experience with the RTX feature turned on at 1440p resolution.
Nvidia stated that the GPU will go on sale at the price point of $799 as of January 5.
Nvidia RTX 40 mobile GPU series specifications
Nvidia introduced the RTX 4090, RTX 4080, RTX 4070, RTX 4060 and RTX 4050 mobile graphics cards for laptops. On the other hand, let's underline that there is a significant increase in performance and efficiency in each model compared to the previous generation.
The new flagship GPU for the laptops, the RTX 4090 mobile graphics card, comes with 16GB of memory. We see the AD103 graphics core with 9728 CUDA cores on this card. With 150W TDP, it is clocked at 1590 MHz base and 2040 MHz boost.
