The Galaxy Tab A9 will reportedly harness the strength of the MediaTek Helio G99 processor, showcasing marked improvements in performance. To offer some perspective, this chipset outstrips the MediaTek MT8768 that drives the Galaxy A7 tablet. Elaborating on the Helio G99, it's a chipset birthed from TSMC's 6nm process. MediaTek promises that this SoC provides a holistic experience, catering to demanding gamers and supporting heavy-duty camera functionalities, swift displays, uninterrupted streaming, and consistent global connectivity. It combines two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.2GHz with six Cortex-A55 cores running at 2.0GHz, all complimented by a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
