Technical specifications of OnePlus Pad Go got leaked

The tech community is buzzing with anticipation as OnePlus gears up to launch the OnePlus Pad Go on October 6th in India. Details about the tablet are being slowly unveiled on major e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. Recently, a leak from a source known as OneNormalUsername shed light on the key specifications, particularly the chipset, battery, and camera features.

The OnePlus Pad Go is said to be available in two models, identified as OPD2305 and OPD2304. These versions are reportedly associated with the Wi-Fi-only and cellular configurations, respectively. The leaked details hint at an SKU that features 8 GB of RAM coupled with 256 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

There's speculation that OnePlus might introduce another version with 128 GB storage capacity. At the heart of the tablet lies the Helio G99 chipset, designated as MT6789, which is powered by an 8,000mAh battery. Notably, the Galaxy Tab A9, also expected to be released around the same timeframe in India, is rumored to house the same chipset.

In terms of connectivity, the OnePlus Pad Go will rely on USB-C, maintaining the USB 2.0 standard. As for the display, OnePlus has confirmed an 11.35-inch LCD screen boasting a 2.4K resolution and a 7:5 aspect ratio. Audio enthusiasts can look forward to a rich sound experience, courtesy of the tablet’s four speakers equipped with Dolby Atmos. Furthermore, the device is believed to operate on the OxygenOS 13.2, based on Android 13, and might feature a microSD card slot for extended storage needs.
