According to tech insider Ice Universe, Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will come with a number of notable upgrades. One significant improvement will be the tablet's chipset. It will reportedly be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC that boasts a customized version of the flagship chipset with a maximum clock speed of 3.36GHz – the same as the Galaxy S23 series. Additionally, the tablet is expected to boast up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM for a smoother user experience.
Despite these upgrades, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will reportedly retain the same dimensions as its predecessor, the Tab S8 Ultra, with measurements of 208.6 x 326.4 x 5.5mm. The device is said to feature a 14.6-inch WQXGA+ display and come with an 11,200mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging.
