OnePlus, amidst much anticipation and speculations, has unveiled its Pad Go in India. This new gadget emerges as a more budget-friendly version of the original OnePlus Pad, which had made its debut earlier this year. Let's dive into the price and highlight features of the Pad Go.

Resembling its predecessor, the OnePlus Pad, the Pad Go exhibits a sleek flat-edge design. It sports an attention-grabbing Oreo-style camera cutout at the back and is presented in an eye-catching Twin Mint color finish. The front is adorned with an 11.35-inch IPS LCD display, boasting a resolution of 2.4K and a fluid 90Hz refresh rate. This screen prioritizes user comfort, being TUV Rheinland certified for reduced blue light emission and incorporating DC dimming. The added Bedtime Mode feature further promotes user wellness by limiting stimulating light emission as bedtime approaches.

The screen's design doesn't go unnoticed. Its 7:5 aspect ratio promises enhanced viewing space, be it for reading, gaming, or browsing. A consistent 7.5mm bezel surrounds the display, culminating in an impressive 86.4% screen-to-body ratio.

When it comes to performance, the Pad Go is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, complemented by up to 8GB of RAM and a maximum of 256GB of expandable storage. The device runs OxygenOS 13.2 based on Android 13, ensuring smooth operations, and is backed by an 8000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. Its camera setup is simple, with 8MP sensors on both the front and back. While both cameras support 1080p/30fps video recording, the rear one is enhanced with EIS stabilization. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB-C port. Although it facilitates 4G network connectivity, it doesn't offer stylus support.

Owners of OnePlus smartphones get exclusive perks. Seamless connection to the Pad Go becomes possible when the smartphone and the tablet are in proximity and logged into a common OnePlus account. Enabling Screen Mirroring on the Pad Go lets users manage their phones via a larger display, with functionalities like dragging and dropping files, and receiving calls and notifications directly on the Pad Go. Moreover, sharing clipboard content and photos between the Pad Go and OnePlus or Oppo phones is seamless, allowing for an enhanced viewing and editing experience.
