The Pad Go maintains the distinctive flat-edge design and features a unique Oreo-style camera cutout in the middle of the back panel. It boasts a stylish Twin Mint color finish, adding to its appeal.
On the front, you'll find an 11.35-inch IPS LCD display with an impressive 2.4K resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. This display is TUV Rheinland certified for reduced blue light emission, promoting eye comfort. It also supports DC dimming and features a Bedtime Mode to reduce stimulating light, aiding in better sleep.
Similar to the original OnePlus Pad, the Pad Go sports a 7:5 aspect ratio screen, offering ample screen real estate for various tasks. Remarkably, it features slim 7.5mm bezels around the display, resulting in an impressive 86.4% screen-to-body ratio.
Under the hood, the Pad Go is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of expandable storage. It runs on OxygenOS 13.2, based on Android 13, and packs an 8000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
The camera setup includes 8MP cameras on both the front and rear. While both cameras are capable of recording 1080p/30fps videos, the rear camera comes equipped with EIS stabilization.
Connectivity options on the Pad Go encompass Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB-C port. It also offers 4G network connectivity, though it lacks stylus support.
OnePlus has incorporated some clever software features exclusively for OnePlus smartphone users. The Pad Go allows seamless connectivity with OnePlus phones when they are in proximity and logged into the same OnePlus account. Screen Mirroring enables phone control on the tablet's larger screen in a floating window, facilitating multitasking. Users can also transfer files and receive calls and notifications directly on the Pad Go.
Additionally, the Pad Go can share clipboard content and the photo gallery with OnePlus and Oppo phones, enabling a seamless experience across devices.
