Leaked specifications of Xiaomi Pad 6 series surface prior to launch

The latest reports indicated that the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro are expected to launch in Q2 of 2023. Moreover, they have undergone internal testing in Europe and Eurasia, as reported. According to Digital Chat Station (DCS), the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro will have an 11-inch screen with a resolution of 2,880 x 1,1080 pixels. Both will offer a refresh rate of 120 or 144Hz and support HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. DCS is uncertain if the screen will be LCD or AMOLED, though a previous leak suggested that the Pro model will have an AMOLED screen.
Xiaomi Pad 6 series might offer flagship tier SoCs
The Xiaomi Pad 6 will be powered by a Snapdragon 870 processor, while the Pad 6 Pro will have a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The both models will have 512GB of onboard storage and up to 12GB of RAM. Large batteries with support for 67W fast charging are thought to power the tablets.
Fingerprint scanner could be a great boost for Pad 6 series
DCS also mentions that the Xiaomi Pad 6 series will have a fingerprint scanner, which was absent in the previous Pad 5.
Last but not least, previous leaks suggest that the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro may have a quad-speaker system, NFC, and dual rear cameras and will be compatible with the Xiaomi stylus and keyboard.
