Honor Pad X9 hits the market: Here are the details
After a significant period of anticipation, the new tablet model, Honor Pad X9, developed by Honor, is now available for sale.
Recent reports suggest that Honor is preparing for a significant comeback in India. Even though it has yet to introduce any smartphones in the country, Honor has kept its brand alive by actively launching laptops and tablets. The company's latest offering is a new tablet, the Honor Pad X9. As a successor to the Honor Pad X8, the X9 has been upgraded substantially and is poised to compete against products such as the Realme Pad 2 and OPPO Pad Air.
The Honor Pad X9 boasts an 11.5-inch display encased in symmetrical bezels from all sides. The screen offers a 2K resolution, 400 nits peak brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate. To please music lovers, the tablet is fitted with six speakers that have earned Hi-Res audio certification.

The tablet’s exterior has a metal unibody, is 6.9mm thin, and weighs 499 grams. A pill-shaped camera module on the back panel contains a 5MP sensor, and a matching 5MP snapper can be found on the front for selfies and video calling.
Internally, the Honor Pad X9 is powered by the Snapdragon 695 processor, accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 3GB of virtual RAM for smooth performance. It also includes 128GB of onboard storage. It operates on a 7,250mAh battery unit that allegedly delivers 13 hours of usage and supports 22.5W charging via a USB-C port. On the software side, the Honor Pad X9 runs on MagicUI 7.1 based Android 13 OS, boasting features like multi-window, multi-screen collaboration, and three-finger swipe.
The Honor Pad X9 is set to launch with a special price of Rs 14,499 for the only 4GB + 128GB variant. It comes in a Space Grey color option. The tablet is available for pre-booking on Amazon, with sales starting from August 2nd. Pre-bookers are set to receive a Rs 500 discount and a complimentary Honor Flip cover for the device.
