WhatsApp has come to the fore with privacy and security problems in the past years. Since then, the company has made moves to win over its users. Now more and more tools are being on work for the platform. To update your WhatsApp friends, you might not need to post notes to a group chat. An unannounced "Newsletter" function is mentioned in code in a recent WhatApp beta for Android, according to WABetaInfo. It's a private area in the Status tab that allows you to share material with a lot of followers, though its precise workings are unclear. Names and other communication information are by default hidden.
