Microsoft to offer AI-powered Bing to mobile and Skype
Microsoft has rolled up its sleeves to integrate AI-powered Bing to mobile and Skype. Here are all the details.
Microsoft is now bringing the AI-based Bing chatbot's features to mobile and Skype, two weeks after its debut. AI-based Bing has been getting into our lives more and more everyday, and Microsoft is making it sure that it is in every aspect of our lives.
First of all, the Bing iOS and Android apps will now include the function. The Bing button in the app would allow users who had been invited to the preview to initiate a discussion with the chatbot. You can now simply tap the microphone button to speak your question aloud in addition to tapping your query.

The homepage of the Microsoft Edge app, which is accessible on iOS and Android, also offers similar features. Users of Skype on all devices will also have access to Bing's newly discovered intelligence. You can either have private conversations with Bing or include it in group discussions so that anyone can tag it and ask a question. You can select whether you would like the answer to be presented as text, bullet points, or a shortened response in more than 100 different languages.
For those who are unaware, Microsoft's response to sophisticated AI chatbots like the well-known ChatGPT is Bing, which is driven by AI. It can respond to your inquiries verbosely and intelligently, whether they are straightforward like "how far is the moon?" or more complex like "create an itinerary for a journey to Japan." Currently, the functionality can only be accessed through invitations; it was previously only available through the Microsoft Edge desktop browser.
