ChatGPT will be lost in history: Here is the DuckDuckGo version
DuckDuckGo has introduced their own version of ChatGPT called DuckAssist.
Much has changed since ChatGPT was launched. Almost all of the othr companies have worked hard to offer their own versions of chatbox. In that sense DuckDuckGo has also announced their ChatGPT, and it looks promising.
DuckDuckGo's search tool is named DuckAssist
DuckAssist is a new ChatGPT-based Intelligence search feature for DuckDuckGo. It provides users with prompt and accurate responses to their search queries. If you remember, ChatGPT was heavily criticized for its misinterpretations, so now companies have rolled up their sleeves to do better. The information from DuckAssist is collected from websites like Wikipedia and displayed in a manner resembling typical search results.
Data privacy is a priority for DuckDuckGo, and DuckAssist is no different. Users won't need to log in, and no confidential information will be collected. When exchanging information with its partners, OpenAI and Anthropic, who worked on the development of the ChatGPT technology, the business also intends to keep users' search and browsing histories private. ChatGPT has been the subject of criticism especially with some of the content it has established, for example, recently, while writing a bdsm story, it created a sex story involving child abuse.
