The ROG branding makes it clear that the keyboard is aimed at competitive gamers who want a small, portable keyboard that is easy to take on the go and leaves enough room on the tablet for the mouse to move around.

The ROG NX mechanical switch on the keyboard comes with three different handle options: Hawthorn Red, Icy mass Blue, and Mocha Brown. The NX Hawthorn Red switch and the NX Mocha Brown switch, both of which have actuation points of 0.1 millimeters, ensure that even the smallest keystrokes are recorded. In case you were unaware, the actuation point of Red and Brown mechanical switches is typically 0.2 mm. Therefore, switching between the NX Hawthorn Red and NX Mocha Brown actually reduces reaction time when playing competitive games.

The Yueyaobai mechanical keyboard from Asus ROG Magician Competitive Edition costs 599 yuan and is currently available for purchase in China through JD.com.
