Apple's Vision Pro headset to face production issues
Apple has introduced their Apple Vision Pro but it looks like company has been having some problems.
Production problems have been affecting almost every company and Apple is also no exception. The tech giant has introduced their new Apple Vision Pro but now they are facing some problems. After coronavirus the world has suffered from some shortages and economic problems. Problems like Russia and Ukraine war has made the situation even worse.
Financial Times has reported that Apple’s internal target of selling 1 million units during the first month of availability has been slashed. Company has been facing some production problems and it looks like the situation can not be solved easily.
Apple's Vision Pro has been facing some problems
There are different reports regarding company's plans. One insider says that the company is now looking to make less than 400,000 units in 2024. Two other component suppliers reportedly received orders for only 130,000-150,000 units for next year. Also considering the price of the headset tech giant is working on a cheaper headset. Reports showed that Apple is talking with Samsung and LG to try and recruit them as display suppliers. While the situation for Vision Pro headset is unknown this year the company will offer iPhone 15 series as well.
