Apple is making serious changes on Siri!
The digital assistant has reportedly been trained over the past few months to respond to "Siri" rather than "Hey Siri." On the surface, that’s a simple change, but one that Gurman says involves a “significant amount of AI training and underlying engineering work.” According to recent reports with the changes commanding on Siri will be a lot more easier. Siri will respond better to multiple commands one after the other with the new change.
Apple is aiming to catch up withGoogle and Amazon, which provide digital assistants with more robust capabilities. Looking at the user feedbacks Alexa looks much more comfortable for users. Therefore Apple is aiming to step up its game with exclusive features. Google Assistant can register multiple commands at once without you having to say a wake word each time which will probably be avaiable with Apple Siri as well soon. Gurman claims that Apple is also working to deepen Siri's integration with third-party apps and services.
