According to the Journal, Apple has also advised employees against using GitHub's CoPilot, an AI-based automatic software code writer. The way these conversational AI chatbots function is the reason for all of this caution. They make use of a language model that can answer questions, complete tasks, and write essays in a way that looks like how people act which is actually good but according to some it can create problems.
On top of that also there are privacy concerns as well. Some people's information has been leaked because of ChatGPT so that is something companies want to be careful about. When an application like ChatGPT is being utilized, data is shipped off the engineer to work on the chatbot which could permit the stage to get classified data unintentionally.
