We will be delaying the introduction of our new API platform by a few more days "as part of our efforts to offer an optimal experience for the developer community," Twitter announced.
Twitter stated in its initial announcement that it would stop providing access to its free APIs on February 9th. Later, it abruptly pushed the deadline back to February 13th.
