Twitter has been going down for a while and it was a good opportunity for other platforms to offer their Twitter like features, Meta was also one of them. The company has released Threads and the platform has seen huge interest but it looks like it is going down a bit.
Meta's Threads application is returning to Earth following a a huge interest from social media users. New reports suggest that the application's commitment has declined from starting highs.

Threads saw day to day dynamic clients decline from 49 million on July seventh, to 23.6 million on July fourteenth, SimilarWeb writes in another report. In addition, usage decreased from 21 minutes per day to just over six minutes during the same time period in the United States, which is said to have the highest engagement. It was a great time for Meta to try to get the thrown of Twitter while things were going down for the application, but it looks like some things were not enough at all.
Adam Mosseri said “Our focus right now is not engagement, which has been amazing, but getting past the initial peak and trough we see with every new product, and building new features, dialing in performance, and improving ranking" regarding the situation.
