Meta has solved the Threads and Instagram problem
Threads showed up recently, and individuals enrolled with their Instagram username. It was a great time for Meta to try a Twitter-like platform because Twitter has been going down ever since Elon Musk took over. The platform received a lot of attention but there was one problem. Users wouldn't be able to delete their Threads account. Erasing the Threads username will likewise consequently apply to the Instagram profile, eradicating everything.
Adam Mosseri, Head of Instagram, uncovered Meta knows about the issue and is dealing with a workaround and proposed clients to deactivate their record for the present. Company is working on a solution now and soon users will be able to delete their Threads accounts without deleting Instagram. Threads works just like Twitter but users also wonder why there is no private DMs. Meta also works on it too.
