Telegram is banned and unbanned again!
Telegram has been having some problems, the application was banned in Brazil but it is back in business.
WhatsApp has been having some problems last year with security problems, because of that company lost so many users and people transferred to Telegram. The Telegram ban that was imposed across the entire country earlier this week was lifted on Saturday by a federal appeals court in Brazil. A complete suspension of the messaging app was deemed "not reasonable" by judge Flávio Lucas, according to Reuters, given that thousands of Brazilians rely on the platform for communication. He also upheld Telegram's daily $200,000 fine for failing to provide the requested data to local authorities.

The first boycott came on Wednesday after a government court trained Apple and Google to briefly eliminate the help from their homegrown application stores. After Telegram failed to provide a complete set of data on two neo-Nazi groups on the app that were accused of inciting violence against schools, Brazilian authorities requested the suspension.
The New York Times reports that one of the teens accused of carrying out the two November school shootings, which resulted in the deaths of three people and injured 13 others, was a part of the two groups. In those group chats, authorities claim to have seen Nazi content, violent videos, and instructions for making bombs.
