Telegram has gained a lot of users after what happened with WhatsApp last year. With the security and privacy problems the most used messaging app has lost many users to Telegram, but it looks like there are other problems for Telegram too.

Telegram, being one of the mostly used messaging apps has been banned by Brazilian court. After being temporarily banned by a Brazilian federal court, Telegram may soon be removed from app stores in that country. Judge Wellington Lopes da Silva has ordered Google and Apple to delete the app from their stores and for cell carriers to prohibit access to it for failing to provide over comprehensive user data from two neo-Nazi group chats.

Judge da Silva clarified that Telegram only provided details on the channel's administrator, the "Brazilian Anti-Semitic Movement." It refused to provide the police with any details regarding the members of that group or any material from a different channel dubbed "Anti-Semitic Front." According to reports, the provider said that the groups had been erased and that it was unable to recover any material, but that was insufficient justification for the judge to ignore the court's request.
