Instagram introduced its new feature that will be very useful for content creators and institutions. Timing posts can be very important, especially in non-individual accounts. In this context, the popular application announced its new feature. From now on Instagram is rolling out its in-app post scheduler, which lets some users plan their posts ahead of time without having to use Meta's Creator Studio or services from third parties. Businesses and creators can now schedule Reels, photos, and carousels within the app for up to 75 days on the Meta-owned photo and video sharing platform.

Before this wider (but still limited) release, Instagram tested the feature over the past few weeks by giving a small portion of its global community access to the tool. After creating their post, eligible users will need to access "Advanced Settings" before sharing it with their followers. They can then select the time and date they want it to go live by turning on "Schedule this post" from there. After that, they need to return to the post they were working on and click "Schedule." The test was covered by TechCrunch, which said that scheduled posts can be found in the hamburger menu's "Scheduled Content" section.

Instagram hasn't said anything about a full rollout, so it's unclear if the feature will ever be available to regular users. Instagram, on the other hand, has introduced Achievements in the same post announcing its in-app scheduler.
