The most YouTuber has helped millions to see again. The YouTuber has covered the costs of cataract surgery for 1,000 people who were blind or nearly blind but were unable to afford it. MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, says, "We're curing a thousand people's blindness" in the Saturday video, which had more than 32 million views as of Sunday afternoon.

Before-and-after shots of patients with clear vision following surgery are featured in the moving video. Additionally, the YouTuber presented some of the participants with gifts and cash donations.
Donaldson collaborated with ophthalmologist and surgeon Jeff Levenson to carry out the initial round of surgeries in Jacksonville, Florida. Over the course of more than two decades, Levenson has been in charge of the "Gift of Sight" program, which provides uninsured patients who are legally blind due to cataracts with free cataract surgery.
Levenson says in the video, referring to the procedure of having cataracts removed, that "half of all blindness in the world is people who need a 10-minute surgery."
Levenson revealed to CNN that he became motivated to assist others in obtaining cataract surgery after undergoing his own procedure to correct cataracts.
