Elon Musk vs. New York Times: Argument gets heated up
Elon Musk changed many things on Twitter, but some accounts do not follow the rules.
Elon Musk has changed many things on Twitter ever since he has bought it. One of the first things that changed was Twitter Blue. Musk made it a paid service and expects everyone to pay for it.The service gives its subscribers access to a number of exclusive features, including the ability to edit tweets and write tweets up to 400 characters long, as well as a blue tick right next to the Twitter username. It costs $8 per month to subscribe, and global prices have been adjusted accordingly, but it looks like some accounts still do not pay for it.
Elon Musk lashed out on New York Times
The real tragedy of @NYTimes is that their propaganda isn’t even interesting

Additionally, The New York Times has refused to pay for Twitter account verification, resulting in the loss of its verification badge. While the rules won't apply to 10,000 of Twitter's most-followed organizations, it's not clear if all of them need to sign up for the subscription service to stay verified. Elon Musk does not seem to like the fact that the New York Times, which is a well-established account, still has not paid.
