New Twitter policy is freedom of speech, but not freedom of reach.

Negative/hate tweets will be max deboosted & demonetized, so no ads or other revenue to Twitter.
You won’t find the tweet unless you specifically seek it out, which is no different from rest of Internet.
Musk has always been a defender for freedom of speech, therefore banning some accounts for sharing their ideas was too much for him. He promised to unban some accounts if he would take over Twitter and now he started to keep his promise. Twitter's policies were based on many different points of view which are now changing.
Peterson and Babylon Bee were both banned from Twitter earlier this year for violating the platform's hate speech guidelines for transgender individuals. Griffin, on the other hand, received a ban for impersonating Musk in response to Twitter's muddled pay-for-verification rollout. You can probably anticipate that these actions will likely be criticized. Because of Peterson's "hateful and false narratives," LGBTQ rights advocates like GLAAD supported internet bans on him this summer, for example. Musk's efforts to strike a balance between his personal aspirations and the realities of business are reflected in the removal of restrictions and the introduction of a new moderation policy.
