Chinese tech giant Xiaomi will soon offer Xiaomi Band 8. The device will come next week, and it will be more than just a wearable for the wrist. Teasers, posted by Lei Jun, company CEO, reveal the wearable can be worn as a pendant and a fashion accessory. Here are what we can expect.

Xiaomi Band 8 is coming hot

The executive revealed there will be at least five different stylish straps, each more stylish than the other. Band 8 will have at least three separate pegs to attach other bands or even place it on the shoe. It will be pill-shaped. About all we know about the item is that it will feature different watch faces to complement the user's appearance.

When it comes to its more cheap wearable, Xiaomi has decided to offer a two-piece band instead of the single strap that served as the Band's trademark for many years. The company is anticipated to continue using a 1.62" AMOLED with AOD and more than 100 sports modes. The cost will probably be in the range of CNY250, or about $35/€30.
