HUAWEI WATCH D: A smartwatch with blood pressure measurement
HUAWEI has announced the launch of the brand new HUAWEI WATCH D, the first smartwatch with ECG and blood pressure monitoring certified by CE Medical Device Regulation certification.
HUAWEI WATCH D brings the convenience of health monitoring to consumers' wrists, enabling wrist-type ECG and real-time ubiquitous blood pressure monitoring for the first time. HUAWEI WATCH D is a new option for consumers as a daily health monitoring and daily tracking companion. Smartwatch technology has been developing since 2000. With the launch of HUAWEI WATCH D in Turkey, it sees a breakthrough in features that go further in terms of health management and smart watches are taken to a new level.
The health assistant on the wrist is a major breakthrough in smartwatch software
HUAWEI WATCH D is not just a blood pressure sensor or heart rate monitor. Besides health measurement, it is a full-function smartwatch equipped with more than 70 exercise modes, supporting all the features of a smartwatch, such as scientific sleep monitoring, all-day SpO2 monitoring, skin temperature detection or stress monitoring.
HUAWEI is also pleased to announce that HUAWEI WATCH D users can now share their workout results from the HUAWEI Health app with Strava, the hugely popular exercise tracking app and community. Once data sharing is enabled, users can access their data collected by HUAWEI smart watches on the Strava website.
Professional ECG features that understand your heart
HUAWEI WATCH D is equipped with a high-performance sensor module that supports recording ECG data and generating ECG reports instantly. In addition, HUAWEI WATCH D supports ECG monitoring, which reminds the user to take ECG measurements as soon as an abnormal heart rate is detected.
Innovative hardware provides accurate blood pressure measurement
The accuracy of blood pressure measurement is affected by the tightness on the wrist and the wearing position of traditional smartwatches. Thanks to HUAWEI WATCH D's high-resolution pressure sensor, feedback pressure control circuit and low-flow airway, the precision pressure measurement system allows users to measure blood pressure anytime and anywhere with a pressure measurement accuracy of up to ±3mmHg.
