The Watch Ultimate Gold Edition, developed by the Chinese tech giant Huawei, is now available for purchase in the UK and Europe.
A few weeks ago, Huawei introduced the Huawei Watch Ultimate Gold Edition in China, marking its entry into the luxury smartwatch segment. Now, European audiences, including those in the UK, can also get their hands on this opulent timepiece.
The Huawei Watch Ultimate Gold Edition stands out from the crowd with its construction primarily of 18K gold. Not just limited to its body, the crown, PVD strap, and the butterfly buckle are all fashioned from gold. Further adding to its premium feel is the titanium strap. The intricate 3D patterns adorning the watch are the result of a diamond-cut engraving process. This edition also features an adjustable butterfly buckle on the gold PVD titanium strap.

This exquisite watch is framed in nano-crystalline ceramic and meticulously crafted through precise CNC machining. The watch displays its visuals on a 1.5-inch LTPO OLED screen with a resolution of 450 x 450 pixels and an adaptive refresh rate that ranges from 1-60Hz. Its 530 mAh battery is touted to last up to 14 days on moderate use and 8 days on intensive use. Notably, users in China benefit from a Beidou-supported satellite messaging feature, enabling message transmission even in areas without ground network connectivity.
Diving deeper into its features, this luxury watch isn't just about aesthetics. It's also built for rigorous activities, being waterproof up to 100 meters. Health enthusiasts will appreciate its array of monitoring features, such as TruSeen™ 5.0 heart rate monitoring, TruSleep™ 3.0 sleep tracking, real-time ECG analysis, and checks for vascular health and SpO2 levels.
As for its pricing, the Huawei Watch Ultimate Gold Edition is tagged at €2,999 in the Eurozone and £2,699 in the UK.
