A nuclear-capable strategic missile will be tested launched between February 15 and February 25, according to a warning sent to government officials in remote districts of Kamchatka.
It will target the Kura test range in this remote region, and three districts will impose restrictions on residents' freedom of movement.
After unexplained delays in the development and deployment of Putin's "big beast" weapon, military insiders claim that the anticipated launch may be a test launch of "unstoppable" Satan-2, also known to Russians as Sarmat.
