TIME magazine announced "Person of the Year" nominees. The list looks exciting.
TIME magazine announced on Sunday that the reader vote has begun for the "Person of the Year" award, which it has held annually since 1927. The US-based magazine carries the winner on its cover in the list where 60 people compete. On the other hand, the reader vote has no effect on the actual election. The final decision is made by the TIME editors.
