The five-time winner of the Masters has a huge reputation. With the last games he finished nine shots behind his Norwegian playing partner Viktor Hovland, who had returned to the clubhouse tied for the lead after a stunning opening round of seven under. While these were happening fans noticed he was having pain. Tiger Woods has shared his ideas over the game.

"I didn't have very good speed [on the greens] early," said Woods. "I had two three-putts, and consequently I'm a couple over par. I didn't hit my irons close enough today. I didn't give myself very good looks. Need to do a better job of that going forward to hopefully get myself back in this tournament."

On Tuesday, Woods said that he wasn't sure if this week would be his last tournament appearance. Since suffering severe leg injuries in a serious car accident in 2021, the fifteen-time major champion has only made sporadic competitive appearances. Fans still rooted for him and the games were exciting as usual.
