NASA locks four people inside fake Mars habitat!
NASA has done something out of ordinary and locked four people inside fake Mars habitat. Here are all the details.
NASA has been doing so many innovative things for these days. The company has started their ChatGPT like program which will offer astronauts a way to communicate with space ships when needed. Space agency also announced that they will use astronauts' pee and sweat to create drinkable water. Today another update has been revealed. Four volunteers entered a simulated Martian habitat as part of a year-long NASA experiment aimed at testing astronauts' resilience to isolation from Earth and other psychological stressors.
NASA has locked for people for a stimulation
CHAPEA's 4 person crew just entered their home for the next year. They're simulating a Mars mission to help assess health and performance in relation to Mars resource limitations in isolation and confinement. The door is officially closed and the mission has begun. As part of the CHAPEA (Crew Health and Performance Exploration Analog) mission, participants will live and work in a 158-square-foot habitat at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
This is the first of three simulated one-year Mars missions, each aiming to assess the health and performance of crew members living in a confined environment with limited resources.
Participants will participate in simulated spacewalks, scientific experiments, and habitat maintenance while also attempting to grow crops for food.
