Meta, the parent company of Facebook, reportedly intends to further trim its workforce in the coming weeks. After Twitter, Microsoft and Google Meta also continues to have huge layoffs within the company. The tech giant's work has slowed to a crawl as it plans a new round of layoffs, according to the Financial Times. After staff performance reviews have been completed, Meta is likely to announce the restructuring in March.

The business laid off 11,000 workers in November, or about 13% of its global workforce. Every Meta organization was affected by those cuts, which were the largest in the company's nearly 20-year history. Engadget did not receive a response from Meta immediately. The Times didn't say anything about how big the restructuring might be.

Meta is not the only business that has laid off employees in the past year; however, significantly fewer have extended previously announced layoffs. The former first announced that it would cut 10,000 jobs, then announced that it would cut closer to 18,000 jobs.  Tech endustry has been affected by global problems ever since corona virus came to our lives, in that sense companies still continue to bleed.
