Bill Gates, known for his support for synthetic meat, talked about the future of these products. The billionaire businessman said at the Ask Me Anything (Ask Me Anything) event on social media platform Reddit on January 11 that the market share of artificial meats is small for now, but that it will become a "very good option" for consumers in the future.

Gates also stated that vegan food manufacturers such as Beyond Meat andImpossible Food and companies that grow meat in the laboratory such as Upside Foods are very important in reducing animal food consumption.

Bill Gates shared some of his ideas on the subject as well. He said: I don't think the 80 poorest countries will eat synthetic beef. I think all rich countries should switch to 100 percent artificial meat. It is claimed that these will taste even better over time."
