Japan and the Netherlands to join the ongoing technology war
Japan and the Netherlands are planning to join the ongoing technology war, posing a significant threat to China's semiconductor autonomy.
Competing names in the technology war continue to struggle with each other. New competitors for China are coming with strong steps. It appears that Japan and the Netherlands will collaborate with the United States to prevent the export of semiconductor technology to China, despite months of speculation and discussion. Equipment for making semiconductors is primarily supplied by Japan and the Netherlands.

In an interview with Bloomberg News, Akira Amari, a Japanese politician who is a member of the LDP and is responsible for the rise of the Japanese semiconductor industry, stated that Japan must join the United States in containing China's chip ambitions and that Beijing is part of a group of countries seeking global hegemony and must be curbed.
Japan's Advantest, a leading manufacturer of automatic test equipment (ATE) for the semiconductor industry, Tokyo Electron, Hitachi, Kokusai, and Netherlands ASML, a leading supplier to the semiconductor industry that provides chipmakers with hardware, software, and services to mass produce the patterns of integrated circuits, are also major players in this sector. The United States has the largest group of Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDM) for semiconductors.
