Canadian scientists have detected 25 repetitive signals in space. These signals are thought to belong to a mysterious phenomenon called "fast radio bursts"

FRBs are bursts that release more energy in one millisecond than the Sun produces in three days. For example, astronomers have recently detected a mysterious radio signal that repeats every 18 minutes, and where this signal comes from has caused controversy in the scientific community. The new research found evidence of 25 FRBs at the Dominion Radio Astrophysical Observatory in British Columbia, Canada.
Do the signals come from aliens?
Analyzing data from the Canadian Hydrogen Density Mapping Experiment, an innovative telescope at the observatory, scientists examined signals detected between 2019 and 2021.
An artificial intelligence algorithm was then used to extract the repetitive FRBs between these signals. Some experts believe these signals come from neutron stars and black holes. However, the scientific world has not been able to reach a consensus on the source of FRBs. Because there are those who think that these signals come from pulsars or magnetars, and there are those who try to associate FRBs with extraterrestrial life.
