Aliens tried to sent a message to Earth!
Aliens have always been a matter of curiosity for human kind and as technology develops we have more information.
Do aliens really exist? If they exist is it possible to contact them? These questions have lingered in the minds of human kind for many years. With the recent developments and technology we have started to understand more about space and what it contains. Recently a surprising event has occured. As recent reports suggest scientists using the Westerbork Synthesis Radio Telescope in the Netherlands detected 5 new radio signals in space.
Aliens might have tried to contact Earth
These signals are thought to belong to a mysterious phenomenon called "fast radio bursts" (FRB). FRBs are bursts that release more energy in one millisecond than the Sun produces in three days. These bursts emit radio waves, and the telescopes scientists use can detect them even 4 billion light-years away. The source of the radio waves captured by Dutch scientists is not exactly known.
However, in the research published in the peer-reviewed scientific journal Astronomy & Astrophysics, it was stated that three of these signals passed through the Triangle Galaxy, about 2.73 million light-years away. Where could it come from? This question has been in scientists' minds for a while now.
The scientific world has long debated the origin of FRBs. These signals often come from neutron stars and black holes. However, it is possible in theory that they belong to extraterrestrial life.
