Astronomers has made an interesting discovery, a zombie planet that shouldn't exist has been found. Here are all the details.
Space has always been a matter of curiosity for human kind and more discoveries are being found. A zombie planet that should not exist has been discovered. Many planets, including ours, face an almost certain end when their stars reach the end of their life and devour them but a planet has been able to survive in a miraculous way.

This newly discovered world, a Jupiter-like planet known as Halla, survived the death of its star, Baekdu, when it certainly should have died. Astronomers who found the planet discovered with subsequent observations that Baekdu had previously turned into a red giant. Marc Hon, lead author of the study, says: "Engulfing the planet has devastating consequences for either the planet, the star, or both. The fact that Halla managed to survive in the immediate vicinity of a giant star that would otherwise swallow it underlines that the planet is an extraordinary surviving entity."
There are many things we do not understand about space and more is being added everyday. With the recent discovery ut scientists still don't know how the planet survived. One possibility is that the planet initially orbited larger before approaching its star, but astronomers think this is unlikely.
