Tourist has tried to drink all 21 cocktails in the menu
Timothy Alan Southern went on vacation with his family to a hotel. They went on a drinking contest but it ended badly. Accordingly, all 21 cocktails on the menu of the hotel bar had to be drunk. However, the 53-year-old man, who drank brandy and beer before the competition, went to his room after 12 cocktails.
Poor guy was found by his family later. A family member argued the hotel was negligent in Southern's death. The unnamed person said: "He was lying on his back and choking. I put him in a coma position and shouted for an ambulance to be called. It was making a wheezing sound. He vomited as soon as he got into a coma position. I called his name but he didn't respond.
The family member claimed that the ambulance was called late: "When the nurse came, 'Has the ambulance been called?' I asked. He said no. I thought the first aid nurse would take over, but that didn't happen."
