Xiaomi's new generation smart oven officially goes on sale

Recently, Xiaomi launched its new MIJIA smart steam oven in China. The new appliance, which boasts a power capacity of 1,300W, features a sleek, compact design with a 12L capacity. Not only does the MIJIA smart steam oven deliver rapid heating, but its embedded NTC electronic temperature sensor and intelligent temperature control enable it to modulate the temperature as needed. This versatile device caters to various cooking needs, including steaming, roasting, and grilling.

The MIJIA smart steam oven's compact design allows it to fit comfortably in any kitchen size. With its intelligent control chip, the oven has the capability of sequentially adjusting the temperature by 1ºC, empowering the user to accurately obtain the temperature necessary for a variety of cooking tasks.

A notable feature of this smart oven is its remote operability via the MIJIA app, which also provides users with access to hundreds of cloud-based recipes, enriching their cooking experience with customization.

The oven intelligently controls both the heating time and temperature, providing a versatile heating solution for different food types. The oven door and grill come with a linked structure, facilitating easy access to food. Additional items included with the oven are food clips, measuring cup lids, a baking tray, and a crumb tray. Xiaomi has released images of the MIJIA smart steam oven in a white colorway, suggesting the possibility of other color variants in the future.

Currently, the Xiaomi MIJIA smart steam oven is available for purchase in China through various retail platforms, including JD.com. The introductory price is set at 249 yuan (~$35). As of now, Xiaomi has not disclosed any information regarding the oven's global availability and pricing.
