Xiaomi was gearing up to launch its most advanced flagship smartphone series. As expected, the China based company launched Xiaomi 13 series. The series includes the vanilla Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. Let's know what they offer to users.
Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro specifications
Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro has a center-aligned punch-hole cutout, an integrated fingerprint scanner, and an AMOLED display. Both smartphones offer 120Hz refresh rate, 1,900 nits peak brightness, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG support. The vanilla model has a flat 6.36-inch display with FHD+ resolution, while the Pro model has a curved 6.73-inch QHD+ display.
As to most expected detail, the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro is powered by Qualcomm's most advanced Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Both devices feature 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage technology and up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. They are powered by 4,500mAh and 4,820mAh battery cells, respectively, and they can be wired charged at 67W and 120W.
The triple rear cameras of the Xiaomi 13 series are supported by Leica. The vanilla model includes a Sony IMX800 with 50MP OIS support, a 12MP ultrawide-angle lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens. Moreover, Sony IMX989 50MP primary lens, 50MP ultra-wide, and 50MP telephoto lenses are included in the Pro model. There is a 16MP front-facing selfie camera on both smartphones. Additionally, the Xiaomi 13 duo comes equipped with Leica's advanced imaging technology and optimization.
Lastly, Xiaomi 13 series functions Android 13 based on MIUI 14. The devices offer 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, IR Blaster, and a USB-C port for connectivity options. White, Black, Green, and Light Blue are the colors available for the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro. In addition, a limited number of custom colors that are Flame Red, Sapphire Blue, Hurricane Yellow, Jungle Green, and Cement Gray have been announced for the vanilla model.
