Vivo went crazy! Such a camera on a mid-range phone!
Vivo is making significant strides in expanding its mid-range offerings with the upcoming launch of the S17 series, featuring enhanced charging capabilities and powerful camera setups.
Vivo, a renowned technology company, is diligently developing its mid-range S17 series, slated for a forthcoming launch in China. The series will consist of three models: the S17, S17 Pro, and the S17e, mirroring last year's release strategy. Recently, details regarding the charging specifications of the Vivo S17 were disclosed, and now, information about the S17 Pro model has surfaced on the 3C certification website.
Notably, the Vivo S17 Pro, carrying the model number V2284A, has been discovered in the 3C certification database. A significant revelation from the listing is that the device will feature 80W fast charging, representing a substantial upgrade from the 66W fast charging feature found in the predecessor Vivo S16 Pro.

In addition to the charging enhancements, the S17e model's specifications have also been partially revealed through a Geekbench listing. It stated that the device will be equipped with a Dimensity 7200 chipset, boasting a maximum clock speed of 2.8GHz and a base clock speed of 2.0GHz.
Newly leaked information suggests that the Vivo S17 series will incorporate a triple-camera setup at the rear. The primary camera is expected to carry a 50MP Sony IMX766V sensor and will offer optical image stabilization (OIS). Complementing the primary camera, there will likely be an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 12MP Sony IMX663 portrait telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom capabilities.
The phone is set to feature a curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, potentially supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. However, specific details regarding the screen size and other features remain under wraps.
