Vivo V30 spotted on Bluetooth SIG, expected to launch soon
Vivo's new smartphone model, the V30, has received Bluetooth SIG certification, indicating an imminent launch.
Recently, the upcoming smartphone from Vivo, model code V2318, appeared on the Bluetooth SIG certification, revealing its support for Bluetooth 5.4. This development comes after the device's specifications and design details were disclosed through the NCC certification. There is speculation that this model could be a rebranded version of the Vivo S18 Series, which was launched in China a few days ago.
Although the Bluetooth SIG listing did not provide extensive details, it confirmed the imminent launch of the smartphone. The Vivo V30 series, which may replace the Vivo S18 mid-range series in global markets, is expected to come in three models: the standard Vivo V30, Vivo V30 Lite, and Vivo V30 Pro.
The Vivo V30 caught attention when it was spotted on NCC in a sleek black color. It features a distinctive large rectangular dual-square camera setup with an LED flash. The phone's design, characterized by curved edges, suggests an ergonomic build for a comfortable grip and hold. The device is also noted to have a punch-hole cutout, a USB Type-C port, speaker grills, a SIM tray, and a primary microphone.

In terms of performance, the Vivo V30 is expected to house a 4895 mAh battery, supporting 80W fast charging. The NCC listing disclosed up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage capacity for the phone. Additionally, its Geekbench appearance hinted at the inclusion of the recently announced Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.
There's also buzz about the Vivo V30 Lite version, which has been spotted on both the Bluetooth SIG and Google Play Console, shedding light on some of its specifications. This model is rumored to feature up to 12GB of RAM and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC. It boasts a dual-camera setup with an Aura Ring LED, a display offering 2400 x 1080 resolution, and a 440 PPI density. It is likely to be equipped with a 4700 mAh battery, supporting 44W fast charging.
The Vivo V30 series is anticipated to launch early next year, with more details and features expected to be revealed as the launch date approaches.
