This Vivo smartphone seems a good choice
The upcoming Vivo smartphone, especially the Chinese variant of the Y100, appears to be a promising choice for those in search of a well-rounded and stylish device.
Vivo is set to introduce the Vivo Y100 in the Chinese market on October 27, marking the first time in 12 years that the Y-series will be launched online. Notably, the Chinese version of the Vivo Y100 presents a different design compared to its Indian counterpart. It features two rear cameras alongside an LED flash and an overall more premium design with curved edges, as opposed to the flat design of the Indian model. While details about the front panel are yet to be revealed, a curved AMOLED display would not be surprising.

The Indian variant of the Vivo Y100 offers a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and a brilliantly bright screen with 1300 nits. The device features 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, with support for an additional 8GB of extended RAM. It runs on FunTouchOS 13, based on Android 13.
In terms of photography, the Indian Y100 model sports a triple rear camera setup, led by a 64MP main camera with OIS, accompanied by two 2MP sensors. The front camera offers 16MP for selfies and video calls. A 4500mAh battery powers the device, and it supports 44W fast charging. It also includes a microSD card slot and retains the 3.5mm audio jack. This slim device measures 158.91 x 73.53 x 7.73mm and weighs 181 grams. For connectivity, it offers dual-SIM support, 5G capabilities, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS.
