This version of Google Pixel Fold is selling out in America!
After a long preparation period, Google, which has introduced the Google Pixel Fold model, is quite pleased with the interest of technology enthusiasts.
Introduced at the recent I/O developers conference, the Pixel Fold is Google's bold response to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold series, specifically the Z Fold 4 and the soon-to-be-released Z Fold 5. This innovative handset, boasting a superior display and powered by the cutting-edge Tensor G2 chip, was just made available for pre-orders in the United States. The overwhelming response has left Google's top-tier model, boasting a generous 512GB storage, already depleted.
Google's sole entry into the foldable smartphone market, the Pixel Fold, carries a premium price tag, especially for its top-end 512GB variant priced at $1,919. However, it appears that consumers are more than willing to shell out extra for this variant, opting for it over the more affordable 256GB model. Exclusively available in Obsidian black, this top-tier model is quickly running out of stock stateside.

However, if you are looking for the 256GB Pixel Fold, Google's official store has them in stock in both Obsidian and Porcelain colors. For those interested in the 512GB model, you can sign up for a waitlist. Moreover, pre-orders for the 512GB Pixel Fold are still open in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. The official release of the phone is slated for June 27.
Unfortunately, the Pixel Fold won't be available in certain countries, including India, although the reasons remain undisclosed. The Pixel Fold, which mirrors the compact form factor seen in Oppo's Find N series, features a novel waterdrop hinge and is equipped with the Tensor G2 chip, also found in the Pixel 7 series.
The Pixel Fold's camera specifications are impressive, including a 48MP f/1.7 main camera, a 10.8MP f/3.05 5x zoom telephoto camera, a 10.8MP f/2.2 ultrawide camera with a 121.1-degree field of view, and a 9.5MP f/2.2 front-facing camera.
