Samsung Galaxy A24 surfaces online for the first time, here's what to expect
Gadgety has shared leaked renders of the new Galaxy A24 smartphone, showcasing four different color options: black, silver, red-burgundy, and lemon-green. The design of the device is similar to the recently released Galaxy A34, with a flat display on the front and three camera rings on the back. The screen has noticeable bezels and a waterdrop notch. According to details, the phone measures 8.3mm in thickness and weighs 195 grams.
Moreover, Galaxy A24 is rumored to feature a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1,000 nits of brightness. It is expected to have Vision Booster technology that enhances screen brightness while also maintaining better color accuracy. The smartphone may be powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC processor with 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, expandable up to 1TB with the help of a microSD slot.
The Galaxy A24 could have a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is not commonly seen on Samsung phones these days. It is expected to pack a 5000mAh battery and support 25W charging.
As for the camera, the device may sport a 13-megapixel selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0, and three rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture and OIS (optical image stabilization). Additionally, there could be a 5-megapixel wide-angle camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
