In terms of processing power, the two devices are likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, which is slated for an official introduction at the 2023 Snapdragon Tech Summit in October. The advanced chipset's presence implies that the phones will feature LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
Further speculations suggest diverse variants for the iQOO 12, such as options with 16 GB RAM paired with either 512 GB or 1 TB of storage. Its camera setup is believed to highlight a 50-megapixel primary sensor and might support fast charging up to 100W. In contrast, the Redmi K70 Pro is purported to have a 5,120mAh battery, compatible with 120W fast charging, and its camera array might integrate a telephoto lens. Interestingly, there are whispers about the K70 and K70 Pro being rebranded as the POCO F6 and POCO F6 Pro for global markets, including India, by the first quarter of 2024.
