Fitness+ can be used without an Apple Watch beginning on October 24 when iOS 16.1 becomes available.
Apple has mentioned that the Fitness+ feature would be available withouth an Apple Watch,, and it looks like now the wait is over. The company announced a few days ago, that it would finally release the long-awaited iPadOS 16 on Monday, October 24. With the new iPadOS 16 many feature will be available.
Even if you don't have an Apple Watch, you'll be able to subscribe to Apple Fitness+ from your iPhone with iOS 16.1. The Fitness app, which can be found in the middle tab and is available in 21 countries, will fully integrate Fitness+: Austria, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Fitness+ can be shared with up to five family members and costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. In addition, iOS 16.1 includes support for iCloud Shared Photo Library, which enables you to share photos with five additional individuals who are able to add, edit, and delete them from your iCloud.
